Wassl is the studio behind a handful of independent projects in fitness, community, wellness, padel and travel. For each one we design and build the brand, the website and the systems behind it, such as booking and payments, taking it through the same design, build and financial process from concept to launch. Each project then runs on its own terms, for its own people.
What they share is a dedicated design and creative direction, financial planning built in from the start, and a build process refined and written down over many launches. All of it owned outright from day one: no outside capital, no shared brand beyond the name, no thesis handed down from above. A project joins the group because someone here believed it should exist, and it is left to run once it can carry itself.
